Debbie Garner is a Solutions Leader for an innovative digital forensics company where she assists law enforcement with issues surrounding lawful access to digital evidence.
Prior to her current position, she served 30 years with the Georgia Bureau of Investigation where she had assignments conducting undercover narcotics investigations, conducting and managing healthcare fraud and officer involved use of force investigations, and managing the terrorism intelligence component of the State of Georgia fusion center.
In her last position of eight years, she served as the Special Agent in Charge of GBI’s Child Exploitation and Computer Crimes Unit. Agent Garner was also the Commander of the Georgia Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and had the responsibility of managing and coordinating that task force which consisted of over 270 law enforcement agencies in Georgia. She attended the 267th Session of the FBI National Academy and is a graduate of the Command College at Columbus State University (CSU) where she also earned her Master of Public Administration degree.

A 501(c)4 political lobby, Raven protects children from victimization by raising awareness of the threat of online child exploitation, increasing resources and funding to law enforcement, and lobbying for policy changes on the local and federal level.
