Jay Houston spent 24 years in Law Enforcement before retiring in 2021. Over half of his career was spent working online child exploitation investigations and computer forensics with the Mississippi Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force. Jay was promoted through the ranks from Investigator to Commander of the ICAC Task Force receiving awards and commendations for valor in service. In 2009, Jay began teaching Child Exploitation Investigations internationally for organization such as US Department of Homeland Security, INTERPOL, Brazilian Federal Police, Australian Child Exploitation Team (ARGOS), as well as many State ICAC Task Forces. Jay has been qualified as an expert witness in ICAC Investigations as well as Victim Identification.
Jay is a senior instructor with Child Rescue Coalition, a non-profit organization the develops undercover investigative tools to identify child predators online. Currently Jay is a Law Enforcement Liaison with Griffeye, INC, which is a computer forensics company that develops and support law enforcement with media analysis.

A 501(c)4 political lobby, Raven protects children from victimization by raising awareness of the threat of online child exploitation, increasing resources and funding to law enforcement, and lobbying for policy changes on the local and federal level.
