Tom Kerle is a retired Captain from the Massachusetts State Police in that role served as the ICAC Commander for 10 years and was of the initial ICAC Task Forces.
Tom is currently the Program Director who oversees training to all 61 ICAC Task Forces through Fox Valley Technical College which performs all training and technical assistance for the 61 ICAC Task forces and over 5000 affiliate law enforcement agencies.

A 501(c)4 political lobby, Raven protects children from victimization by raising awareness of the threat of online child exploitation, increasing resources and funding to law enforcement, and lobbying for policy changes on the local and federal level.
